My daughter referred me to FRDM when I needed new gloves. She does work in very cold & challenging environments, and that the FRDM gloves were perfect. Even better the customer service was incredible. She was exactly correct. I love the gloves & mittens. I requested normal shipment to where I was going on a ski vacation. The owner of FRDM upgraded shipment to 1 day at no cost to me because she wanted to be sure I had them. The zipper on the gloves & mittens is so useful too. Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He hasn’t used them yet but said they were very comfortable & much warmer than his other ski gloves. He’s excited to put these to use in the upcoming months. Receiving the product was quick & customer service was amazing!
